Who had to register
Every attendant had to register and pay. One full registration was required for each accepted regular paper. Additional authors and other attendants could register at the reduced rate.
An accepted paper would not appear in the conference programme if registration and payment were not complete by the due date. That rule applied to the paper, not only to the person presenting it.
Full registration covered attendance, coffee breaks and lunches, and the gala dinner. The reduced fee covered attendance, coffee breaks and lunches, but not the gala dinner.

€100 for each page beyond the limit.
€70 for each place.
Questions about a registration
The published record does not include a general secretariat mailbox, so this archive does not invent one. The contact page can prepare a message for the conference desk, and the venue address is recorded in the travel guide.
Authors who need to confirm how a fee was calculated can use the estimator above and compare it with the fee tables, which preserve the published amounts.
